As the Super Mario Bros. series continues the yearlong celebration of its 40th anniversary, we take a look back at its decades-long history via the musical arrangements featured in 2025’s Mario Kart World. The game’s free-roam mode features brand new arrangements of music from every single game in the series. In part 1, we covered music from the 1985 birth of the series through the end of the century.
