Each year we present some spooky music to celebrate Halloween and this years program is dedicated to the Horror Movie Sequels. Always love your Halloween specials, Erik. I’ve never heard that Psycho II score, but I like the selections you paid. Some of it reminds me of Goldsmith’s “Nightmare at 20,000 Feet” score for the next year’s “Twilight Zone” movie.

Great idea doing sequels. Some cool selections like Halloween III, Keepers Creepers 2, and Hellraiser III. Surprised you didn’t do Gremlins 2 as opposed to Psycho 2.
Thanks for listening. I chose Psycho over Gremlins because I really didn’t want to include a more comedic horror film on the list. I love Gremlins 2 and think it’s Goldsmith’s finest comedy score, but it just wouldn’t have worked with the tone of the rest of the show.
