HALLOWEEN SPECIAL 2012

Autumn is probably my favorite season.  The cooler weather, the colour of the leaves, Thanksgiving, pumpkin pie, pumpkin beer… but most importantly it’s Halloween season which gives me an excuse to watch scary films every night and indulge in over the top horror film music.  Music written for the horror genre is unapologetic and it’s the kind of music that is encouraged to stand out and play an important part in a film’s narrative.  On today’s show, we are going to celebrate the horror film score for a second year in a row!  Hopefully, this becomes an annual tradition here at Cinematic Sound Radio the way it was when I was on terrestrial radio all those years ago at C101.5 FM.
